    @Neena4496 That’s the thing — we are individual. Some people can do the exact opposite (my dad for example) and never get any problems with their skin. When did I say what he said didn’t work for me? Btw, how would I know what he said without watching the video? hm??

    @emmy4559 Well, I like to keep myself perfectly clean and flawless. Oils and dead skin stuck on the pillow case could cause problems. I only use one pillow, so maybe that’s why it doesn’t seem too much for me.

    stop this anti sun propaganda!!! the sun is source of life !!! the best way to deal with sun ray is to eat chlorophyl rich food.. natural healthy and doesn’t make cosmetic company rich!!!

    Keep in mind that soap dries out the skin, thus making it create more oil.
    My tips are sleep, never ever touch your skin with anything but clean clothes and water, eat healthy, drink at least a quarter gallon of water (more if it’s hot), exercise, don’t exfoliate too often, moisturise often with low fat lotion, change bedsheets once a week and pillow cases every day.

    I just take vitamin D, C, A. I hate milk. I like broccoli though and I eat a lot of salmon. I steam it with fresh broccoli, fresh carrots and diced potatoes. I use fresh lemon with minced garlic and oregano as a topping. Sometimes I use garlic butter sauce If I need my fatty fix. Ginger yes. I use fresh ginger and boil it for a hour and put it with green tea. Yes if did make me sweat and I couldn’t figure out why but now I know. Food is better fresh and you feel clean on the inside.(*_*)

    I’ve been fight acne since my freshman year, and no matter what acne products I use (Neutrogena, Proactiv, Murad, Aveeno, Oxy Pads, etc.) I’ve still gotten acne….. so now that I’m a Senior and still have awful acne I guess it’s time I started changing my diet… :( Goodbye Reeses and Taco Bell.
